okkk so i am considered over weight for my height (i'm 5/3) and i used to weigh 145 but in a little over 2 weeks im i 133 now and i have a doctors appointment tomorrow....if i just say ive been eating healthier and excersising more do you think they will make mee doo all this therapy and crapp? bc im not even underweight im like at least 5 pounds still overweight

well it started off just eating a lot of fruits and green tea. 5 small meals a day
hiii scarletttt (: okay well i noticed your dieting! good for you girl. some tips, eat blueberries. Theyre one of the healthiest foods you can eat besides salmon. Also, almonds are very good for you. You also need to eat healthy fats though. Peanut butter, olive oil, walnuts, etc. I also saw you reblogged a picture of a bagel. haha One bagel equals five pieces of bread. Green tea is also amazing for you. It helps make a flat stomach. You might have already knew this syuff, but in case you didn't i thought i'd help (: good luck with your diet!
